Privacy Policy

We may process information that you provide yourself, such as email address, creator name, submitted designs, categories, reports, and messages sent through the service.

We may also process technical information such as IP address, device type, and basic usage data to protect the service, operate login for internal administration pages, and ensure stable operation.

Information is used to provide core features, handle user submissions, prevent misuse, and improve the product.

If Bead Planner displays public content or community features, relevant information may be used for moderation and security purposes.

If you share a design publicly and consent to marketing use, the design may be shown in the MakeFromPhoto or Bead Planner gallery and may be used on social media.

Your creator name is used as a shared MakeFromPhoto creator identity across tools that support galleries and creator features. Your submitted designs still remain connected to the specific product or site where they were shared.

Your creator PIN is stored as a technical hash and cannot be read or recovered by us. If you reset your PIN, you choose a new PIN through a time-limited token link sent to the email address connected to the creator name.

For the Lithophane tool, you can save private design metadata such as title, dimensions, and settings to an existing creator name. Raw image files, height data, and STL/3MF files are not stored by this feature.

The creator dashboard and data export use time-limited token links sent by email. These links are used to show your own creator designs and to download a simple JSON export of selected creator and submission data. Internal security fields, tokens, PIN hashes, moderation data, and reports are not included in the user-facing export.

When a public design is deleted by you or by the platform, it is removed from public gallery visibility. Metadata, consents, and history may still be retained for operation, security, documentation, consent history, and lawful purposes. Thumbnails for deleted designs may be hidden in the dashboard and omitted from the export, even if technical records remain.

Information is stored only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or for as long as required by law.

We use Resend for email, Cloudflare R2 for file and object storage, and PostgreSQL via Prisma for database functions. PDFs are generated with jsPDF, and image processing may be performed with Sharp.

Payment is not active in the service.
